Can anyone tell me how to move the header navigation bar to a location below the header image?

Copy tpl_header.php to your override, move the block of code from the top to below the logo section.

I'm pretty new would it be possible for you to show me exactly where to move the code you are refering to? I did find the file tpl_header.php but I'm not sure where the code I should move is within the file nor exactly where I should move it. Thank you for your help.
