Manufactures "All" Page

I just downloaded your v1.2 zip & installed it in my new 1.5.5b with westminster new test site.

manufacturers_all_filenames.php seems to be missing the opening <?php

It showed garbage on each page until I added it. LMK if you want more info.

My Zen Cart software is 1.5.4

I've just installed the manufacturers_all plugin and it all seems OK in admin->config->manufacturers listing but when I go to the page that it's supposed to show it (the url below), it comes up with a 'Page Not Found' error. I noticed that the latest software it is compatible with, is 1.5.1, so is the reason for it not working, because I'm on 1.5.4?

Have anyone figured out how to use it to group manufacturers by alphabet letters?

is there a way to show featured brands (Set by a flag at creation of manufacturer) at the top of same page
and the remaining brands at the bottom?

You'd have to custom code this - there is no such flag in the manufacturer table.

there could be. i could put a flag (I Know how to do this.) there.
saying: Is this Manufacturer Featured yes(1) or no(0).
my idea of a featured brand is: any manufacturer that i have an account with and have there stock in my store.
all other brands i buy third party and make less is they buy the other brands.
i would need to tell the manufacturer all page to separate or duplicate these Flagged manufacturers from the list and show at the top as Featured Manufacturers
and all the rest will show as All manufacturers at the bottom. (This part i dont know what code to write.)

i took those files and added them to my zen 1.56c , now featured brands is working

i modified the manufacturers all module and merged or incorporated all your files into there. i didnt know how to build the sql. for the featured field in database. i manually added that. but maybe you could look it over and resubmit to population.
