How to use Sandbox ?

Please can someone tell me in stages how i use sandbox to test my paypal checkout.

1 go to developer.paypal.com
2 register developer acct
3 register test accts (example one business and one for the buyer)
4 add any (free;-) money to buyer's acct
4 follow the set-up steps for the payment type you wish to use - Express or IPN
- if you go for Express - go to Profile -> API Access -> Request API Credentials and use them in Zen Cart in which you have to select "sandbox" for PP Express checkout

phew, did it a while ago and works
tried the IPN but sadly ...
too late... gotta go to bed

Right ive got a sandbox account as a buyer and a seller. When i enable sandbox mode from my zen cart admin i get this error message:

We are sorry for the inconvenience. The PayPal account in this store is presently misconfigured to use mixed sandbox and live settings. We are unable to complete your transaction. Please notify the store owner so they can correct this problem. (10002)

What am i doing wrong? Also do i log in with the e-mail address i typed in or the one with extra numbers e.t.c.

hi....not sure if this is any help...what I do is actually set the price of an item to say 50 cents and prefer to go through a 'live' process to ensure everything is operating properly.....dont forget to adjust your price back though :)

I have just said that i cannot got through the live process as i only have one credit card for one account.
