Paypal IPN ALL orders don't show up in Admin

i have searched the entire forum.
i have tried everything.
but orders just don't show up in my zen cart admin.
pls advise me what to do next. thanks in advance.

But we do need to know what your currency settings are under Admin->Localization->Currencies
Specifically, what is your exchange rate set to for EUR ?

I believe I have the same problem. I have the same "could not find matched txn_id" error message in my log files, and while my transactions typically work just fine, I just received a paypal payment for an order, but the order wasn't moved from shopping cart into an actual order record.

My site is sales.funforchange.org. I only have one payment module open - PPE. I don't have a currencies option under localization. I've been testing successfully through both sandbox and live.

Another anomoly, whether relevant or not, emails from paypal typically have a subject line "Notification of payment received", but the order that failed had a paypal email "Notification of Payment Received" (different capitalization).

Any ideas of where I should look next or what the problem could be?
