Order Notification Email Change Format?

I am testing the Credit Card processing. When the Notification message is generated, the first 2 lines is Authorization code. How do I rearrange the message, so the first 160 characters (for my text message notification) has product description/order amount, while the author. numbers show after that?

You will have to customize the code to do that.
The product-details for the email are built in the create_add_products() function inside the order.php class, and the actual email is sent by the send_order_email() function of that same class.
The admin copy of the email includes the customer's email, sandwiched between the auth-code at the top and some office-use-only info at the bottom.
To extract the product details for just the admin email will require some duplication of code and reworking of the overall content. Be sure to test that you haven't fudged the customers' email after making your changes.

Thank you Dr. Byte! One more question, I am sure is too simple for the most of you here. When I customize the code and debug, do I create a test purchase, process my own credit card, etc. or there is a shortcut to debugging?

Always best to test with live processing ... which means real credit cards.
You can refund the credit card (same day) from within your merchant account console if you want to avoid really being charged.
