Invoice / Shipment Address

There seems to be some mix up between the invoice and delivery address.

I installed the June 17th patch and uninstalled and reinstalled Paypal express.

I create an order with an invoice address and a different shipment address

When I go to paypal is says shipment address = Invoice address.

Anyone else have the same.

Any ideas.
