Change 'Information' titles, and add content to them

I want to change the title names in the 'Information' side bar, and to add content to those pages.

How can I do this?

Is it a case of changing the titles and adding content, or deleting those titles altogether and addingnew ones with content.

Most of those pages can be edited with the Define Pages editor in the admin interface.

Tools --> Define Pages Editor

To change their "titles" you will need to edit your *brainfart* english.php file I believe they're in for your custom template. You can also use the Tools --> Developers Tool Kit and search for the files the terms show up in to find them.

Don't edit the default template -- create your own using the override system or the next upgrade will wipe out all your changes.

Hi, sorry to drag up an old topic, but I could do with some help if anyone would be so kind :)

I'm using a premium template as I'm no guru and the template in question matches my site colors well. Anyway...

I want to simply remove some of the items in the information side box (globally). I want to keep the side box, but just prune a few of the entries, like Discount Coupons, and Gift Certificate FAQ.

I've tried searching, and I've tried to make sense of the above answer to no avail, so wondered if anyone could help, preferrably in fairly simple terms

I've tried finding it in things like Define Pages Editor, and Layout Boxes Controller but can't seem to get it sorted.

I know enough to just about get me by, but I'm by no means fluent in all this stuff, and it's all a bit of a learning game at the moment, so your patience is much appreciated.
