Download corrupt

My problem was fixed today by host unsticking safe mode..

Hi again.
After trying s many things, that didn't work out, I installed new version, b, and set my shop anew. The problem was still there. Then I emailed my host but didn't get an answer. Today I changed my host and the downloads are working again (yes I had to install zen cart one more time). I don't know if the problem is completely solved but I really hope so. I don't know if my old host had any issues cuz I didn't receive an answer from them, but I already wasn't satisfied with the service (lots of times I couldn't access my site cuz the serve was down or something) and was gonna change anyway.

I am having the issue as well...
I am on a Linux server
the zip file error is empty but if you right click all files are in there.
this happens on IE but not on Firefox.....
Host is HostGator & they claim it is purely coding on the cart... i opened a ticket anyway.
Any help is appreciated....i'm desperate.
