Align Categories Left

Ok this should be very simple, but I just cannot figure it out!

I want the categories menu on www.cotswoldsport.co.uk/shop to be left aligned rather than center

From searching the forum I found and added the following to my css with no effect:

.sideBoxContent {
background-color: #ffffff;
padding: 0.4em;
text-align: left
}

[FONT=Calibri]#categoriesContent {text-align: left}[/FONT]

Okkkay - so was having a blonde moment!!!

Apparently my site is feeding from classic > css
Not template default > css

I'm off to sit in the corner with my dunce hat on......

This works a treat:
