    Default There has been an error processing your credit card.

    I got an error: "There has been an error processing your credit card. Please try again." The card is valid. I am using Authorize.net SIM. What is wrong and how can I fix it?

    Does this happen only with certain cards?
    When did this start happening?
    How long has it been working without giving that error?

    If you're using Zen Cart v1.3.7, I'd suggest first installing this updated module:

    Then try your transaction again.

    No

    When did this start happening?
    It has always happened, my store is new.

    How long has it been working without giving that error?
    It has never worked.

    That does not help.

    Could it be the Transaction Key is incorrect?

    After installing the new module, you now have a "debug" option in the module settings in the admin. Turn on log-and-email. Then do a test transaction. What are the debug logs telling you?
