    I am having problems with the shipping updating on the final page. I have installed the last version on the loader and FEC and everything is great, with this exception.
    I see other people have the same problem but I have not found a solution yet.
    Please help, it's very frustrating for my customers.

    What version of FEC?? The version available here in the downloads is v1.8.1, the version available on the Numinix site is 1.9.3. (Latest version of the CJ Loader is 1.7)

    I did it and it helped a little. Now customer is forwarded to a blank page. I didn't have time to read all posts but I will do it this weekend and I will try to figure out what is wrong. If you have any idea, could you share it, please?

    Hi:

    I have been looking for something similar to what is happening, but I cannot find it.

    FEC + COWOA is installed and it works properly, except for a particular issue regarding email.

    When I turn FEC+COWOA on and a client creates an account, he gets the following email:


    EMAIL_GREET_MR
    EMAIL_WELCOME
    EMAIL_TEXT
    EMAIL_CONTACT
    EMAIL_GV_CLOSURE

    That is, it seems that it is not reading the create_account-php file.

    If FEC+COWOA is turned off, the email works correctly.

    After a whole day looking around, I am desperate all I get is this:

    I am using ZC 1.3.8a
    I have not installed any mod recently that should affect (at least that I remember...).

    I will be happy for any help.

    Well it looks like the no_account.php file is in the wrong place. Zen Cart by default doesn't have this page that is why the blank page.Your site as of 1326 PST your site is down.Nothing below

    will even show up. I hope you didn't try to do something desperate to fix this issue. Nice site but I would position your shopping cart up about 50px from where you have it. Hope this helps.

    I'm having this same problem. If there's a free shipping item only in the cart, and then "Free shipping" shows up as the only option. BUT free shipping's radio button isn't checked. As soon as you check it, the page reloads, and again, the button isn't checked. The page simply reloads every time you check it. I've searched this thread, and I've seen the question asked, but never answered. Does anyone have an idea? Thanks!
