Nochex Orders Not Showing up in Admin or Database

I am using ZenCart 1.3.7. My hosting company has installed NOChex mod there. It has been working for nearly a year.

however, recently I come across a few transactions: my customer paid, but orders not showing up in admin etc. Exactly the same problem

Now NoChex asks me to provide them the following:

Call Back URL
Cancel URL
Success URL

Can anyone pleaes tell me these values?

Please assume my site is:

http://www.somehost.com/shop/

Hi there,

These should be blank in the Nochex admin area, as all 3 values are sent to Nochex automatically by Zen Cart. Of course make sure that the call back option is set.

If you take a look at HTML of the Checkout Confirmation page ('View Source' to see the HTML in your browser).

Search for the text "secure.nochex.com", this is the start of the data that is sent to nochex.

Take a look a few lines down and you should see "success_url", "cancel_url" and "callback_url".

The values for each of these should be along the lines of:

success_url=http://www.somehost.com/shop/index.php?main_page=checkout_process&referer=nochex_apc

cancel_url=http://www.somehost.com/shop/index.php?main_page=checkout_payment

callback_url=http://www.somehost.com/shop/nochex_apc_handler.php

- Obviously with "http://www.somehost.com/shop/" replaced by the path to your actual zen cart location.

Many thanks for the tips.

In my NoChex admin area, these 3 values stay blank. I have never configured. Majority of the nochex transactions went smoothly. Only recently about 3-4 transactions haven't "called back" to my site

Do you think it is NoChex issue or my website issue?

I contacted NoChex, they simply asked me to provide them with these values. If I filled these 3 values, do you think it will conflict with the "automatically sent 3 values"?

I've had my cart running for months, no problems with Paypal or Nochex, and now I, too, have the same Nochex problem. I'm getting emails from customers wondering where their orders are, but have no visibility of them in the admin area. If I search for them, I do see that they have registered on the date they claim an order was placed, but nothing in the order table.

Ideas anyone on how to cure this?

If things worked before and they don't now and you have made no changes - ASK your host what they have changed on your server.
