Help Can't find the MAX feature

Hi, I'm just getting started and I have been setting up things and changing some setting. At 1 point I turned on the MAX feature under the Add to cart box for my product listings and I thought I didn’t need it and turned it off. Now I do need it and can’t find it. I’m going to be selling some one of a kind items and I don’t want more then 1 item to be added to the cart for each listing. Thanks for any help I can get.

Minimum, Maximum and Units are controlled on each product's detail page in the Admin.

Thanks Kim, But I still don't find the option for the Max.. It must be gone

Thanks Kim, That did work on one item...but now how do I do it to all the items I already have listed and the new ones I'm going to list? When I activated this feature last week (can't remember how) it did it to all the items and I'm sure it was not where I did this one using your screen shot.
