Stylesheets are not being read after moveing site.

I got the book in the mail and decided to start over using the same site structure and software as the book uses. When I copied my backup includes folder into the cart, and realized that it wasn't going to work that way, I went through and re-built the files one by one.

I've done something wrong and can't figure out what it is. Here is what I'm seeing...

This is the header area...


This is the body area. I have code in place that should suppress the category box from showing on this page, but it shows up anyway.


Can someone please help me figure out what I've done wrong?
