Are you seeing the "ground" charge on the PayPal invoice, or on the Zen Cart invoice?
Does the "ground" charge match what would have been quoted to the customer if they had gone to the shipping page to select a shipping method?
Or was it auto-added by PayPal?
I just checked, Last night we had a customer order the Product and was "not"Charged Ground Shipping, using Paypal Express.
Now the order before used Paypal Express and was charged
Now the difference is the user not charged is clear to see the Free Shipping was selected and the one charged had UPS Ground checked and it calculated perfectly to his destination.
I am suspecting as I have told the Board, people are Checking the ground shipping option even though the Default Radio is checked and I have a Flashing Red FREE in that Box
