    Default I get a 404 page when i try to access my store even though it was there yesterday

    whenever i try to access my store, since last night, i get a 404 error page. i contacted the server and they pointed out a PHP error. this is the email i got from their support team:

    "Looking at the link and your error log I'm seeing a PHP error:

    PHP Fatal error: Cannot instantiate non-existent class: notifier in /var/www/vhosts/leeharveyroswell.com/httpdocs/zen_cart/includes/autoload_func.php on line 79

    The first time I see one of those errors is on 10/04 and I see that the index.php in /var/www/vhosts/leeharveyroswell.com/httpdocs/zen_cart was modified on that same date.Did you make any changes then?

    Also the link http://www.leeharveyroswell.com/zen_cart/ is redirecting you to http://www.leeharveyroswell.com/zen_...tall/index.php and the directory zc_install doesn't exist."
    so it looks like it's trying to reinstall for some reason. i don't think i made any changes that would cause that but i can't be entirely sure. it can't find the zc_install folder is because i threw it away after i finished the installation. i'm a graphic designer, not primarily a web designer, and definitely not a programmer. i'm only just now learning how to use PHP. can anyone help?

    Are your includes/configure.php and admin/includes/configure.php on the server?

    Please do not PM for support issues: a private solution doesn't benefit the community.

    Be careful with unsolicited advice via email or PM - Make sure the person you are talking to is a reliable source.

    Hi,

    I get the same error. It was working fine yesterday and today no more:

    The requested URL /zencart/zc_install/index.php was not found on this server.

    The URL to the shop is http://www.fourseasonsherbs.com.au/zencart/

    My config.php reads as follows:

    define('HTTP_SERVER', 'http://fourseasonsherbs.com.au');
    define('HTTPS_SERVER', 'https://fourseasonsherbs.com.au');

    // Use secure webserver for checkout procedure?
    define('ENABLE_SSL', 'false');

    // NOTE: be sure to leave the trailing '/' at the end of these lines if you make changes!
    // * DIR_WS_* = Webserver directories (virtual/URL)
    // these paths are relative to top of your webspace ... (ie: under the public_html or httpdocs folder)
    define('DIR_WS_CATALOG', '/zencart/');
    define('DIR_WS_HTTPS_CATALOG', '/zencart/');

    define('DIR_WS_IMAGES', 'images/');
    define('DIR_WS_INCLUDES', 'includes/');
    define('DIR_WS_FUNCTIONS', DIR_WS_INCLUDES . 'functions/');
    define('DIR_WS_CLASSES', DIR_WS_INCLUDES . 'classes/');
    define('DIR_WS_MODULES', DIR_WS_INCLUDES . 'modules/');
    define('DIR_WS_LANGUAGES', DIR_WS_INCLUDES . 'languages/');
    define('DIR_WS_DOWNLOAD_PUBLIC', DIR_WS_CATALOG . 'pub/');
    define('DIR_WS_TEMPLATES', DIR_WS_INCLUDES . 'templates/');

    define('DIR_WS_PHPBB', '/');

    // * DIR_FS_* = Filesystem directories (local/physical)
    //the following path is a COMPLETE path to your Zen Cart files. eg: /var/www/vhost/accountname/public_html/store/
    define('DIR_FS_CATALOG', '/home/fourseas/public_html/zencart/');

    define('DIR_FS_DOWNLOAD', DIR_FS_CATALOG . 'download/');
    define('DIR_FS_DOWNLOAD_PUBLIC', DIR_FS_CATALOG . 'pub/');
    define('DIR_WS_UPLOADS', DIR_WS_IMAGES . 'uploads/');
    define('DIR_FS_UPLOADS', DIR_FS_CATALOG . DIR_WS_UPLOADS);
    define('DIR_FS_EMAIL_TEMPLATES', DIR_FS_CATALOG . 'email/');

    There have been several posts of this error in the forum and all tell us to check our config.php. I have done this and appears to be correct. There is no answer after that to check anywhere else. What has changed in Zen Cart all of a sudden to stop this from working? What do we do if our config.php is correct?
