(request) A system where users can upload products

hi i have looked around nd can see no add-on that allows you to do this and i was wondering is someone can make it or if there is one can someone direct me to it.

this is what i am looking for.
a system where users of the store can upload there own products to the store font the products would all be downloads so postage is not needed. in a way a sort of ebay system only for downloads only.

then when the uses product sell he i payed via paypal to is own account and 3% of the total is sent to the store owner in my case me.

if this system is possible please help. thanks advarntek

well i though if you now how to do all the coding you could change the userscp into some sort of very boged down admin cp type thing where the they can submit there products. then a real admin can then accept they product and then it is applyed to the store.
