[Done v1.3.6] Trouble Signing Up w/ Pennsylvania

Version 1.3.5

Customer couldn't sign up using PA for state.
Got the 'please select state from drop down' which she had.
I tried w/ her data and got the same message.
Finally decided to run query manually that was causing the problem.

in create_account.php
inserted into line 198 echo $zone_query;
Got this


SELECT DISTINCT zone_id, zone_name
FROM zones
WHERE zone_country_id =223
AND (upper( zone_name ) LIKE 'PA%'
OR upper( zone_code ) LIKE '%PA%'
)
OR zone_id =51

This returned TWO records, which to be successful (per line 100)
it has to have one.

It returned both Palau and Pennsylvania.
I deleted the Palau record but I can't believe that everyone from PA can't sign up on zen cart with my version? Anyone know if this is a known problem or maybe I messed something up?

That was a known bug in v1.3.5, fixed in v1.3.6

I can't upgrade this cart because I have done massive amounts of customization. Is there a link where it provides the kosher way to fix the bug? I just deleted Palau and that seems to have solved the problem, but if there's a place where I could view all bugs for this version and their fixes that would be great.

1.3.5 to 1.3.7 is a simple upgrade...especially if you have used and followed the overrides system - you will not loose your customizations.

That should be fine for almost all cases, unless of course you have customers in Palau ...
