Store Manager

I couldn't find this anywhere, even wikipidia. But what is the store manager and when should I run it? I figured it has something to do with the database clean up, but not sure when to do this...?

The Store Manager is located in Tools ... Store Manager ...

If you are referring to the message about the Admin Log getting old or large there is a link on that message to take you there or you can use the menu and run the highlighted command to clear the admin_activity_log ...

So I would get a message in advance .. no need to do it unless I get a message... right?

You can run that any time ... but it will tell you if it gets 50,000 records or is 2 months old ...
