Looking for a contribution

I have a client who has an engraving business and wants to have a store that people can put in the engraving message and then pay for it. I've looked for several days to find a contribution that can help with this without any success.

It would work very similar to something like Things Remembered (http://www.thingsremembered.com)
works.

Can anybody point me in the right direction. We would also be willing to pay for somebody to build this, we just need to know how much it might take so we can build it into our estimate.
