How would I code an EZ Page when adding it to the header nav bar?

I am trying to add EZ Pages to the header nav bar, so that I can turn off the EZPages bar. I found out how to add links to the header nav bar, but don't know how the EZ Pages would be properly coded as an internal link - by ID number, name or what? Thanks!
