changing information on a sidebox

I have a sidebox on my website that I need to rename...Sidebox is More Information and it just has page 2 page 3 page 4 as selections which is no use for me. I would like to change those titles to other things i.e. About Me, Links, etc.

Can anyone pls help me how do I go about doing this. I am not very good with computers but I sure can follow step by step direction well. I had this done by someone but for some reason they keep referring me to the zen cart to change it. Which I have looked into but cannot understand how to do it still. Thanks in advance if you can help!

You need to use your FTP program to go into your Zen Cart directory and change the language files of your custom template.

There are many other tutorials that might help you in that section. I suggest you familiarize yourself with the template override system.
