Easy Populate Product Descriptions

I've uploaded my products using Easy Populate. However, the product description field is plain text in the .csv file. After uploading, the text appears as a plain text in the product description page. I know I can use admin/catalog/product to reformat the descriptions for HTML, but this is ridiculous for 1000+ products: to edit individually.

How can I properly upload the descriptions for HTML without having to format each one?

Remember, when you save Excel files as .csv or .txt then you lose the Excel formatting, so unless your descriptions are in the raw code in Excel, then the formatting will not be carried through.

Thank you for your help! I checked www.willowscricket.com's product description, and that format is exactly what I want. Did you typed the description using Admin/catalog/HTML or uploaded them using easy populate? Contents of *.text file are in plain text. It is really not a good idea to revise product description for over 1000 products.

Another thing, how did you add the manufacturer's image on the header? I want to show them on the right side. I tried, but I could not figure it out.

It's a LONG time since I even looked at that site as the owner manages it by himself, but as far as I can recall, that doesn't have EP on it, so he'll be doing it manually.

Adding those manufacturer images was done just by adding html to includes/templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/tpl_header.php

How did you create the styling you have which you are not able to upload?
