Please help, I need static sidebox/footer banners

Hello,

I have been reading posts for hours and I just don't understand how to make my banners static. I printed tutorials, and posts from various people, but nothing seems to work for me. I just don't get it

Unfortunatly, I'm still preaty new to php and Zen cart so finding the files and figuring out how to edit them is a little tough. I'm slowing getting it, but this has me stumped.

I need to have multiple banners displayed at the same time in my sideboxes and footer and they can't rotate randomly.

Please help, my brain is about to explode I'm sure.

I really have tryed to solve this myself without bugging you, but I'm stuck.

Yes I did,

I do not have a "Banners All" group so I tryed adding it as in the tutorial "If you do not have the BannersAll defined for the Layout Settings for the following, do so now: Banner Display Group - Side Box banner_box_all"

I did this and I still do not get a Banners all drop down choice. I am so lost, and hate being a bug.

If you have any suggestions I would greatly appreaciate them.
So far the best I can do is have two of my banners displayed in the same place on the right sidebox or one in the right and one in the left. But the randomly rotate which is no good. I need to have them static like I have seen on other sites.

Check in Admin/Configuration/Layout Settings, down toward the bottom,
and check that your setting for Banner Display Group - Side Box banner_box_all
isn't blank. If it is, add BannersAll there, like this:

Banner Display Group - Side Box banner_box_all --- BannersAll

Then in Admin/Tools/Banner Manager, add your 1st banner, giving it a sort #,
uploading your image, and adding the BannersAll group at the the same time.

You might also check in your includes/modules/sideboxes files to
make sure the banner_box_all.php is not missing.

Thank you for the reply. I did check the admin setting and everything seems ok.
Here is a screen shot:
Banner Display Groups - Header Position 1 Info
Banner Display Groups - Header Position 2 Info
Banner Display Groups - Header Position 3 Info
Banner Display Groups - Footer Position 1 Wide-Banners Info
Banner Display Groups - Footer Position 2 Wide-Banners Info
Banner Display Groups - Footer Position 3 Info
Banner Display Groups - Side Box banner_box SideBox-Banners Info
Banner Display Groups - Side Box banner_box2 SideBox-Banners Info
Banner Display Group - Side Box banner_box_all BannersAll

In the Banner Manager, under the setting "Banner Group" I have "SideBox-Banners" and Wide-Banners" to choose from.

I also did check to see if the file was in the directory and Yes it is.

Okay...just to clarify where you are trying to add the BannersAll group,
I'll try to add a screenshot. This is in your Admin/Tools/Banner Manager.

"First time, you will not see your Banner Group in the dropdown, type it in the box below ...

Second Time, you will see it in the Dropdown, as the Dropdown for the Banner Group name is self learning ..."

Ahhhh, I get it now.
So sorry for my being so dence and thank you very much for your patience. I think I was just at it to long and was so confused nothing made any sense.
