I would like to insert a check box on the page where CC details are entered to use as a 'I have read the terms and conditions' requirement. This looks none too simple. Is there a way to do this?

Admin->Configuration->Regulations->Confirm Terms and Conditions During Checkout Procedure ... set it to true
