403 Forbidden but still goes through??

Hi,
Can someone help me out? I'm sorta new to this stuff.
Sometimes when I update zencart wit products, pages, or etc I get

"Forbidden
You don't have permission to access / on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Apache/1.3.33 Server at AppStuff Port 80"

Yet, everytime I update the pages it still goes through and updates. This is really weird and annoying. Can someone help me fix this nuance?

ahaha yea godaddy...
well my problems aren't as bad as hers/his. My website works. It's just that that pops up frequently when I update and it still updates, I guess I'll have to contact goDaddy about it. Thanks.

If you've got no big investment in them, don't get too tightly tied.
Don't run your BUSINESS on a cheap GoDaddy hosting setup. The headaches and limitations aren't worth it. There is better hosting available elsewhere for similar cost.
Check the Recommended Hosts page ("hosting" link at top of forum) for much better suggestions.

GoDaddy's shared hosting is fine if you have 2 or 3 pages and don't run a business.
But for a business, use a real hosting service.

I had that same issue with GoDaddy and discovered that I had a shared hosting account and not a dedicated hosting account. I switched it over and it took care of the problem! No more 403 Error.
