VSP Form Module by Ceon URL Problem

I've installed the VSP form module by Ceon and everything was fine on the simulator, so have gone to the test server where everything works fine until protx re-direct back to the success URL. For some reason random capital letters are appearing in the URL and it's throwing up a page can not be found error.

So, the protx payment goes through fine but because the success URL is not appearing successfully there is no record of the transaction in zen cart.


Protx have been less than helpful so far. Anyone else had the same problem or have any ideas?

This would be better posted in the support thread that Ceon has specifically set up for this sort of question. There are several of them depending upon which version you are using.
