HELP PayPal Express Won't ReDirect

Hi, I have a few problems:

1. I purchased SSL from godaddy, so my checkout is secure. They did install it, but my site doesn't seem to be using the SSL. When I go through the checkout process it still runs via http NOT https How can I fix this?

2. When I use my Paypal Express. Everything is fine except when I am being redirected to my website (it states its not secure, problem #1) Even though its not secure I still click okay. But then I receive 4 Error messages.

PLEASE HELP! Any advise would be great. I think I might need to fix the SSL problem first but I have no idea if there are related. THANKS

1. Once you've had your hosting company install your SSL certificate, and you have confirmed that going to "https://your_site.com" actually works without an error, you can turn on SSL support in Zen Cart following the procedure in this FAQ:

2. If you are using v1.3.7 and haven't installed the latest patch for PayPal, do it now:
