How do I get PayPal Express and Google Checkout without split log in?

I just finished installing PayPal Express, everything works fine except I would really rather have a vertical log in instead of split log in.

How can I accomplish this?

I have attached a couple of images. The first one shows what I have now, a split login. The second image shows a vertical log in like what I'd like to have. I made the second image using a graphics program just to give an idea of what I'm talking about.

Thanks for any input on this.





P.S. On an unrelated note, I uploaded two .gif images. For some reason, it keeps converting the second image to jpeg, probably a forum bug or something.
