how do set my cart to £, its shows $, but says the store default is uk and pounds???

very confused by something that must be so simple. i have the below setting:

country is set to :uk
langugae setting is set to : default browser.

cant find any other settings anywhere that woud affect this. any ideas anyone?

i just deleted the US Localization Currencies and now i have no $ sign and no £ sign. werid?

Try checking the currencies...

Hover over Localization and click Currencies

Edit the UK and set as default.

Then click the update currencies and wait for it to update.
