Tools for Zen farms (aka Malls) ?

Other than Multi-site, does anyone know of any other tools for managing Zen farms (aka Malls)?

As far as I know, there aren't any Zen Cart tools (not even Multi-site) that are good for true "malls".

I don't see alot of threads on the subject. IYHO do you think there's a call for it?

We see an inquiry about it at least a couple-few times a month... not a massive demand, relative to the size of the undertaking to create such a platform. Often people say they want to create an alternative to Ebay (but without spending any money:).

Definately nothing that ambitious here. Currently, was thinking more in the line of modules that pass name & address, etc, and reward points data back and forth to/from am external host db that maintains user profiles, does a bit of social media stuff. Maybe a couple of admin functions to ease the tedium of doing the same thing for the 220th time. ...Oh, that'd be MEbay. Know that site well. lol
