Default SSL-Security Warning, not on my computer, on client's

Am wondering if you can check this site for me:

    www.4kidzpartyz.com

we recently installed an ssl on the site. It is showing up fine. when client tries to access site she receives a message about not going in because the security certificate issued doesn't match the person's name, or some such thing, and she gets this message when viewing on IE, netscape and AOL.

I can get in fine on all three browsers. (netscape, mozilla and IE).

I really don't know what else to do. Have changed parameters with pay pal as well as in zen cart (configure phps for both areas) to reflect https.

Am hoping someone is able to see this message and explain what is wrong and how to fix it.

    Thanks!

I don't see the problem on my Windows XP computer accessing via IE. The login page appears without any warnings.
Looking at the certificate itself, it's not primarily issued by a common certificate authority; however, it does appear to be grandfathered by Comodo, which is a more trusted authority.

I suspect she may be using an older operating system or hasn't patched it with the official additional certificate authorities. There are a couple Windows Update patches that deal with that.

It might also be her browser software. AOL is weird. Some days I wish AOL would get out of the dark ages and use modern technology instead of methodologies that are largely obsolete. But I guess as long as folks continue to pay for their services they have no incentive to change.
