is it possible to have two different zen-carts owned by single owner, having different set of products, accessing same accounts information.

Yes. There's a mod for doing exactly this in the downloads section. Or you could search the forum for "multisite".

do u want them to acess same database on same server if yes then need to use different prefix during installation
read the faq and tutorials and they will help u solve little problems
