Category images not showing up

Ok. I got two problems. I did this mod:

The site I am working on is:

Now, all seems to work fine on my desktop, Vista U, FF 2.0.0.9 with add-ons. I can see the ROUGH COUNTRY logo, but on my laptop the ROUGH COUNTRY logo gets commented out. (laptop is XP MCE2). Any ideas?

Part two is on my desktop and my laptop I can see the other logos and in the sub category Scout Lift kits and Hummer Lift Kits the logo is show twice? Any ideas why twice. No additional info is entered into the category descriptions.

The logos are GIFS so I don't think that that is the issue.

OK. I got rid of the double images. I had an extra Echo in the coding. Is there a switch in the admin panel for turning the category image on and off? Sort of like you can for products?

As for the images commenting out. That baffles me. All looks fine on my desktop with IE or FF. But Rough Country and Cage image are commented out....

Ok. Here is the deal. If Rough Country and Cage were still entered as HTML code in the descriptions. I now uploaded the image as part of the category as opposed to HTML in the description and it works.

BUT why would my desktop see the image when I used the <img> tag and HTML coding while my laptop comments those tags out? Any ideas?
