Enable your visitors to upload images etc to your site!
Searched for ages to find a simple form for my visitors to upload photo's to my site, so as these Forums have been good to me and if it can help anyone else you can download it HERE.
Additional notes not outlined in readme.txt: uploads.php set to only allow the upload of images, to change it add the file extensions on line 24

There is an upload feature inbuilt into zencart i.e.

Hi Misty and thanks for that, of all my searching I never came over it. However that just adds an upload form to a product. I needed a form I could use on one page, ie define pages.
