    Default Credit card info cancelled out by discount coupon

    I have various coupons for customers to use when they buy birthday parties. They enter the code in the cart. Go to the confirm order page and its reflected with the discounted price.

    When the order comes to me the payment shows discount coupon instead of credit card and I do not receive the split credit card information.

    How can I fix it?

    Any help would be great. I am a beginner at this stuff :)

    I cannot repeat this issue ...

    You are using the Payment Module for Credit Card - Offline Processing cc correct?

    What version of Zen Cart?

    Clean install or an Upgrade?

    How did you install it? How did you Upgrade it?

    Yes offline processing of credit card

    Zen Cart 1.3.7
    Database Patch Level: 1.3.7
    v1.3.6 [2006-10-28 18:02:50] (Version Update 1.3.5->1.3.6)
    v1.3.5 [2006-09-23 17:31:00] (Version Update 1.3.0.2->1.3.5)
    v1.3.0.2 [2006-09-23 15:32:14] (Fresh Installation)

    I clicked check for updates and it said I have current version.

    Actually a more current version is Zen Cart v1.3.7.1

    Are you sure you completed the upgrade?

    I do not see listed the upgrade from v1.3.6 to v1.3.7 even though I see it say you have v1.3.7 code ...

    I'd seriously consider the upgrade to v1.3.7.1 and see if it catches and fixes that issue for you at the same time as bringing you current ...
