Problem on checkout_confirmation page using Authorize.net SIM

One more small problem--on the checkout_confirmation page the payment method
appears twice--as a header (red font) and as regular text. Any idea why? Need to turn one of those off.

You'll have to make a small file edit:
/includes/modules/payment/authorizenet.php

around line 315 you've got a line saying this:

      $confirmation = array('title' => $this->title);

Change it to this:

      $confirmation = array();
