Is there a way to edit a customer's order? For example, let's say a customer places an order, but they ordered the wrong item. Is there a way to remove that incorrect item, add the correct item, and then process the order?
And while we're on the subject, it would be really nice if I could adjust a customer's shipping cost after the order is submitted, and adjust it using a custom dollar amount. For example, on our website, we only offer ground shipping. But if a customer calls and insists, we might consider shipping the order via UPS or FedEx next day. In those cases, it would be nice if we could adjust the shipping line to the exact dollar amount of the shipping costs. Is this possible? If not, are there any other ideas for situations like this?
