Default Login is LOOPING for some customers

I've seen several similar threads on this issue, but there have been no, or limited responses to resolving it. Most of our customers can log in and purchase products without a problem. However, some get stuck in a loop trying to login to make a purchase.

My research both with our customers and in the forums, bring back several references to Vista and AOL. The only consistant "possible" resolution I've found mentioned is changing the Recreate Session Settings in ADMIN-Sessions to FALSE. I did that on Friday last week, and was today that a customer called the store on Sunday to report the issue again - so it appears the Session Settings didn't resolve the problem.

Here's our site. Does anyone have any further ideas to resolve this matter? I can only imagine how much it has cost us in lost sales, and I know I'm not alone, as there are a significant number of people with the same issue posted in other forums that still haven't found the answer!

    Thanks!

The review3 subdomain was created as a development site for the actual site before we found ZC and started to customize it. The quick fix to make the real domain live was to mirror the subdomain, and we just haven't moved everything over yet. Just trying to get my head around the best way to accomplish it without causing too many issues.

Have you tried testing it with the Classic template and the STOCK create account code?

I can see that you have a t least one custom field on the login page - Use the original file and test using it.
