Huge Problem with Keyword Meta Tags

As you can see, I have already edited my meta_tag.php to adequately describe my page.

But if you go to www.uruhara.com and hit "View" >> "Page Source" you get this:

is NOT a function of Zen Cart. Without making huge changes, the best suggestion would be to upgrade to Zen-Cart 1.3.8 so you can change the main page keywords and description.
