HELP!!! This is really weird!

I had someone order yesterday and he had trouble ordering so he called the store. I knew this would happen as I have some bugs yet to work out. Am ok with that. But the index page was up yesterday. HOwever, today, when I go in, the store is GONE. I mean that the index page is gone. When I type in the url to my page, it's unavailable. How did this happen and how can I get it back? And how can I keep it from happening again? Thanks!

When a customer tried to buy last night, the page was up. I didn't do anything to it at all last night because I was busy packaging orders to go out. We are also a picture framing business so I was busy with customers til closing. I didn't check anything til this morning. When I went into FTP, it shows there is no index file.

Huhm, contact your host immediately?
For now, do you have a backup of all your files? Have you check your database thru phpmyadmin, is everything fine there?

Unfortunately, the webhost told me to contact Zencart. sigh...they do not support zencart. Said I'm on my own...But thank you anyway! :)

It's not about ZC or anything. The point is that you are missing some file on your server, and if you have not done anything, then your server got hacked or the host screwed up. So they have to look into it, see if there is any suspicious action at all. And they also should have a backup of the files on your server as well.
