Can I import a 1.3.7 Database into 1.3.8?

I wish to redo my website from scratch, as i feel i have learned a lot since i originally set it up.

But i don't want to have to input all my items again, is it possiable to import a 1.3.7 database into a 1.3.8 Zencart and will everything work and show up ?

I feel i made a lot of errors along the way setting up the 1.3.7 version and it's too messed up although it works fine for upgrade with out making more work then just starting a fresh. Hey you live and learn.
