    Default Cannot access Admin Page

    I have been trying for days now to load this ZEN-Cart on a windows server but have been unsuccessful. I have reloaded several times trying different ways to install it but I still get the same error:

    Warning: require(/nas-001/winspace004/10-majesticromance.com/www/includes/autoload_func.php) [function.require]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in \\nas-001\winspace004\10-majesticromance.com\www\admin\includes\application_top.php on line 131

    Fatal error: require() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/nas-001/winspace004/10-majesticromance.com/www/includes/autoload_func.php' (include_path='.;D:\PHP\pear') in \\nas-001\winspace004\10-majesticromance.com\www\admin\includes\application_top.php on line 131

    I have reloaded Zen-Cart at least 6 times and would really like to NOT do it again.

    here are both configure.php pages:

    // EOF
    I echoed the path for DIR_FS_CATALOG and it returned the correct value so I am now at your mercy.

    Please help before I rip whats left of my hair out.

    Thanks

    Here's a problem.
    define('HTTPS_SERVER', 'https://majesticromance.merchantsecure.com');

    Should be:
    define('HTTPS_SERVER', 'https://merchantsecure.com');

    Also in the "define database" section.

    instead of: define('DB_SERVER', 'mysql101.isqsolutions.com');
    Try: define('DB_SERVER', 'localhost');

    Hi BirdOasis,

    Thanks for the quick reply.

    This is on my webhost not a local install.

    Do these changes that you mentioned still apply?

    Yes they still apply. localhost = the hosting account that the database is installed on.

    I think birdoasis isn't used to using shared SSL certificate settings. They are probably okay.
    And, since your database is on a separate server from your webserver, using localhost wouldn't be appropriate.

    You said you're using this:
    Code:
    define('DIR_FS_CATALOG', '/nas-001/winspace004/10-majesticromance.com/www/');
    ... but your server is saying that your working path is this:
    Code:
    \\nas-001\winspace004\10-majesticromance.com\www\
    It suggests that you're using a NAS (network attached storage) drive whose servername is nas-001, with a share-name of winspace004, and a folder name of \10-majesticromance.com\www\

    It's possible that your webserver isn't allowing PHP to connect to the external network connection via the server+share name.

    OK I have asked my ISP to look into this.

    Could there be any other possibilities.

    BTW, Thanks everyone for helping me on this.
