I am trying to get this module to work. I loaded Add customers from admin login and seems to be ok. I was able to add a customer. But not a new order.
I then loaded alac 2.0 for Zencart version 3.8 for the master password. I tried to winmerge admin/customer.php and getting this error.
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_CASE in /home/xxx/xxx/admin/customers.php on line 1317
There is nothing on line 1317 of customers.php file.?? and now I can not get into admin area of customers.

I'm having the same problem
But my problem is Ive had this add on "Admin Login as Customer" & "Master Password", but recently now i can't log in for a customer who have soemthing in there basket, I can only login with customer who have already placed a order.
I am trying to find out why I can't log in as a customer when who haven't placed a order?

Was hoping to use it as I need this feature but the last few pages of support request don't get any replies. Also of the authors sites, one is a dead link and the other is 'down for maintenance'.
Is this a defunct add-on?

Hi DivaVocals,
Can i pick your brain?...
I installed Encrypted Master Password v 1.2, then installed Admin Login AS Customer 2.0 (With out Master Password as i already have encrypted Master Password Installed).
everything seems fine....
just checking that this is how its supposed to work.
admin> Customers > customers
then select a customer..
click 'place order' button
This opens a new tab displaying a screen saying "are you sure you want to sign in as CUSTOMERS NAME", I then click the 'place order' button.
that takes me to the log-in screen, this screen displays an error message "Error: Sorry, there is no match for that email address and/or password." I then have to manually enter the master password... and then im logged in.
Is that how it is supposed to work?.. with the 'no match for email error' so i manually enter the master password?
Cheers

Hi,
did you ever find out what was causing this problem and if so, did you get it fixed?
I have had a little look at your site, i really like it!! There is a feature you have that i would like to recreate but i dont know how i would go about it.
It is your 'Shop By Products' side box...
how did you do that?
any help/advice more than welcome.
Cheers

It's been a minute since I used this mod so I would have to login to the client's test site and test and report back my findings.. I can tell you that the only reason we installed this mod in the first place was to complete a number of incomplete orders.. I don't think the client has used the module since the initial install/use.
(let me explain) The site I used this mod on had some sort of PayPal IPN glitch where the order would get through to PayPal, but show as an incomplete order in the store.. So the client would get IPN notifications and PayPal payments notifications for orders that did not exist in the store. (The order was showing in the customer's account as an unpaid/incomplete order.) So I used this module to login as the customer and "finish" the incomplete order so that there was an order to match to the PayPal payment received (and more importantly so that the client knew what had been ordered)..
You should probably create a new topic with this question or PM it so that this post doesn't get off topic..
