What payment modules are you using? What invoice did the customer receive?

I had the same thing happen to me today (and a while back). I received the Paypal notification that money had been transferred to my account but no order from the buyer shows up anywhere in my ZenCart admin, either in the customer's profile or in pending orders. I had to email the customer to ask what she bought! How embarrasing?! What would make this happen? Is there a way to retrieve the missing information? I use Paypal IPN.
No order generated by Zen Cart is usually caused when the customer does not return to the cart after paying on the PayPal site.

I have this problem already many years, can't find solution. Help needed. It is happening 2-4 times in month, payment goming but no order. Happening to all finnish bank modules.
Just to help in terms of knowing what the customer 'ordered'. Lookup the customers account number in the 'customers_basket' table, then cross refer the 'product_id' with 'products_model' in the 'products' table.
