Same issue here?

brand new install of ZC 1.3.8

fresh install of slimbox 0.1.5

no other image contributions added only currency updater

lightbox isnt displaying at all just another window opens?

I ahve checked config settings and they are same as other zen cart installs that display the slimbox as expected?

I have the same problem. Have you found a solution? I have been combing the threads, but I cannot find any solutions. If this is not working, do you know of a good alternative?

As for the issue with blank pages (as demonstrated on http://www.montereybayimages.com/Cat...roducts_id=181), this does not appear to be a Fual Slimbox or Image Handler issue at all..

You are using the document product type. So the product detail pages are the ones specific to the document product type, and I've got a feeling that the REAL issue lies within some code on the pages for this particular product type. To that end I suggest posting a separate question in the forum so that you can get help that will resolve your real issue..

I did that by asking how may images be entered into the pages indicated below. This is alluded to in the Fual Slimbox Admin section, but the process is not explained.

"If true, all product images on the following pages will be displayed within a lightbox:

- document_general_info
- document_product_info
- product_free_shipping_info
- product_info
- product_music_info
- product_reviews
- product_reviews_info
- product_reviews_write"

It is probably simple for the Zen Cart knowledgeable, but not so apparent for a new Zenner.

After reading through all 43 pages of posts I still can't find answers to my questions...
-What is the format for saving pictures so that they will be recognized by slimbox? For instance, I have a picture I want to display on the product page, and another to display in the lightbox once the user's clicks the product image. svampola has done an admirable job of trying to explain how this works, but I still am not getting it.
-When I click on the image on my product page the lightbox pops up with two identical images in the slideshow. As I said in the last bullet, I would like a different image to display in the lightbox, and do not want a slideshow composed of two identical images. Any idea how to fix this one?

Just a quick question:

have just installed & appears to be working well in FF & IE; however, a small intermittent problem - occasionally (in both browsers) an image is not evident at product description page level, and my front page category images are also not evident. If I refresh, all is well.

I must say though, I am on 'dial up speed' internet atm as we've been 'shaped' for the remainder of our billing cycle - so could that be a reason? Or am I totally on the wrong track?

Has anyone else encountered this?

There's no "fix" for this as much as it is a custom code request.. Fual Slimbox simply does not work in this fashion.. As far as I know ALL of the light box modules for Zen Cart all work in a similar fashion. When you click the main product image, in stead of showing a pop-up window with the large image displayed, it shows the product image in a light box display. If you have additional product images, you can page through all the images associated for that product..

Does anyone know why Fual Slimbox is cutting off the image and the Close text doesn't show up? See attached graphics.

I have imagehandler 2 loaded as well and both worked prior to installing a 3d menu carousel. Even removing the carousel did not fix the problem.

Hello, I did a fresh install of this mod and never had any other form of lightbox prior. So no conflicts.
Everything works beautiful buuuut my additional images wont appear. When clicked next from the 1st image the viewer goes white and has the loading symbal in the center but none of the pictures will show up. Please send any suggestions.
