Anyone has any experince with this error: 10606 buyer cannot pay. What does it mean?

ZC gives me this error when I try to do a capture on one transaction:

There was a problem capturing the transaction. (Buyer cannot pay.) 10606
-----------------------

Does anyone know exactly what it means?

10606 - Buyer cannot pay.

Transaction rejected, please contact the buyer.
Resolution: Contact the buyer (purchaser).

I suspect it could be an issue with the credit card or bank account tied to their PP account. Something must be busted with their funding choices. Perhaps their account was drained for some reason?

You'll have to work with the customer for a resolution. And maybe contact PayPal -- but PayPal will not likely give *you* "real" information due to privacy laws.

Isn't the authorization supposed to make sure there are enough funds and place a hold and guarantee capture of funds for that amount?
