Thanx
I mean I want to remove the query string from the URL.
Short answer: you can't
I no longer provide installation support on forum for all my modules. However, if there are real bugs with the modules please feel free to contact me
Can anyone point to the long answer?
Long answer,
this only displays Once when you forst load site,
then agqain when you go to https,
so back to the short answer you cant,
why would you want to,
since this is whats passed to store the session and the cart contents etc.....
Zen cart PCI compliant Hosting
One good reason is because you never want a session ID to show up in a URL that is spidered by search engines.
Does Zen Cart contain code to detect spiders and turn off the session ID when a spider comes calling?
Spiders cannot accept cookies and this creates a conflict for session IDs. You can end up with hundreds of versions of the URL for the same page in search engine indexes.
