checkout process images missing

Hello!
When going through the checkout process all the images that sit on top of :
Shipping / Payment /order Review/ Order confirmation
are missing and show a "?".
It's the box that shows what step of your order you are at.
Please look at the attached picture.

Where are these images and the image code usually located?
Help is much appreciated !

Did you read the instructions for using the arrow there that is optional?

The graphic you are talking about is located in

includes/templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/images/arrow_checkout.gif

Did you read the install.txt document that came included with the download?

If you don't like the "arrow" that should have been installed, you can change it by finding a different one in the optional arrows folder also included in the download file.

Thank you!! I looked in the folder
includes/templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/images/
and there was no arrow image.. I guess I didn't read the instructions good enough. Thank you again - I fixed it and am happy
