GC not showing up in queue...

This is probably a double post but I think I've looked everywhere and I can't find a solution. A customer bought 2 GCs and the payment went through and that's pretty much the end of the story. Nothing showed up in the queue, there was no redemption link in her email, nada. So I logged in as a customer and tried to purchase one myself and the same thing happened. I went back through the tutorial and did find a mistake (the whole gift vs. GIFT thing on the image). I even renamed our GC's to just plain old "Gift Certificate" thinking maybe that would help. Nope, not so much.

NOTE that must be uppercase ...

Yes, they are marked virtual and I went in and changed the product model to just "GIFT.gif" and it still doesn't work correctly.

What version Zen Cart?

Clean install or an Upgrade?

What happens if you switch to the Classic Template does it work now?

What add-ons do you have installed?

I'm having this same exact problem, with 1.3.5.

I have a checkout without account module installed...could that be it?

My gift certificates are not being queued and I cannot mail them manually. How can I fix this?

I am having the same problem.

This is an upgrade from 1.2.6 and is now 1.3.7.1

The problem I was having is that duplicate GCs were being created, two codes were being sent.

I deleted the category (and GC products), uninstalled/removed the GC module under Order Total, and started from scratch.

I have the Queue setting set to True

I created a GC for .01 and then modified it to $1.00. I ordered one, paid via PayPal, and the transaction was completed.

I got a receipt from the store via email.

I received a receipt from PayPal.

If I log into my account, I have a balance in GC of $1.01, which is correct.

However if I log into Admin and check the Queue, nothing.

If I check GC's sent, nothing. The last one was a double entry sent a couple days ago, when this was having problems.

How exactly should this work? When a GC is purchased, and added to a customer's account, should it show up in GC's sent in the Admin section? Shouldn't it also show up in the Queue?

My Gift Certificate doesn't show up either in the qeueu or as an emailed link.
I'm using v1.3.7

Anyone figured it out ?

I am not even sure that they are supposed to show up there.

Maybe they don't show up until a customer sends a GC to someone else, and then it will show up as that User ID sending a messing under the Mailed GC link.

I am not sure how this is supposed to work in 1.3.7.

Before, you were sent an email I believe with the code. Now it's added to your account and you have the option of using those funds (why would you buy a GC for yourself) or sending the funds to another person.

I would love an expert's advice on how this system is intended to work in this version.
